Go crazy under the Big Top in this budget circus clown costume by Smiffy's. This colourful clown costume is suitable for both men and women, it's low quality but a perfectly fine clown costume for anyone pulling the purse strings!

Red, blue, green and yellow check pants with a built in hoop waist.
The pants have red shoulder straps attached to the front however, they are not attached at the back. Straps may need to be attached at the back by tieing up or with safety pins.
Large padded polyester matching clown hat with back flap.
Matching padded large bow tie with elastic strap.
