Sexy Sailor's De Light  Fancy Dress Costume 

• White stretch tank dress with wide sailors collar, feature mid blue ribbon around collar and down two panels on the front. Along with a large gold anchor feature on the back of the sailors collar.  Gold anchors adorn both sides of the collar.  A large blue ribbon with faux amber gem completes the top of this dress.
• Skirt of dress is drop waisted and consists of white stretch underskirt with top layer of white organza with ruffled hemline and blue ribbon trim.  Between these two layers is a layer of netting threaded through with fibre optics.  Comes with instructions and spare batteries.
• Sailors gob hat in white with blue ribbon with gold anchors decoration.
