Hanging felt decoration is split into 3 sections attached together with ribbons.
The top section is a black witch hat with a purple cut out overlay and an orange buckle.
The middle section is an orange banner with a black background and cut out 'The witch is in' text.
The bottom section is layered black pointed shoes with red glitter diamond pattern details.
To hang the decoration there is a looped ribbon attached to the top.
