Description:

Sleeveless costume dress made from black velvet fabric with a ruffled red tulle neckline.
On the bodice are two green stripes with two red pom-poms down the centre, and a large gold ribbon bow above the pom-poms.
The skirt section on the dress features a pointed jagged-cut gold satin overlay.
Costume comes with a pair of leggings made from a stretch polyester fabric.
On the leggings, one leg is green with black stars, and the other leg is red with black stitching printed all over.
Costume is complete with a black top hat on a headband and a pair of these red puffy armband sleeves with a white lace overlay.
