Description:

Knee length scrunched plastic strands in a natural straw colour.
Stretch waistband - would fit approx. 65cm-95cm on the high hip, so could also fit children!
Length of the hula skirt is approximately 48cm.
Waistband is decorated with multi-coloured flowers, and closes with velcro.
