Tutu is made from lightweight green and yellow mesh fabric.
Green and yellow sections have a satin hem of the same colour.
Waistband is yellow satin and elastic for comfortable wear.
From the centre of the waistband a green and yellow ribbon hangs down, they can be tied into a bow or left as is.
One size fits most.
