As per the information detailed on Australia Post's website - the Covid-19 pandemic has led to a major surge in parcel deliveries, as well as causing disruptions to delivery operations.

Mail and parcel processing facilities in certain areas are sometimes affected by temporary closures and this can lead to longer delivery times. On any given day, a significant number of Australia Post workers are in precautionary self-isolation in accordance with state regulations. State border closures mean there are fewer flights available to transport mail and parcels and this may cause delivery delays.

Australia Post, until further notice, have suspended their next day delivery guarantee and are asking customers to allow plenty of time for deliveries to arrive and thank them for their patience during these new conditions. Most parcels will reach their destination by next day delivery however this is no longer a guarantee.

If selecting Express Post for your orders, until further notice you acknowledge that there may be delivery delays in your area and next day delivery may not occur, and that Heaven Costumes will not refund any postage charges or be held responsible for any delays.
