Costume Description:

Girls mid length, short sleeved dress made of stretchy fabric, with one velcro closure behind the neck.
Dress has a blue bodice section with two red pom poms attached, and puff sleeves. The waist has elastic for size flexibility.
Costume has a yellow skirt section with colourful polka dots and matching fabric trim at the neck line.
Circus clown hat which is matching polka dot fabric on one side and plain blue on the other side, with a red pom pom at the top.
