Oktoberfest is one of the biggest festivals in the world - and while we here in Australia may not be able to attend the real thing, that doesn’t mean we can’t come together to embrace the traditional celebration in true German style!

Ending on German Unity Day, the Oktoberfest festival is all about bringing people together. So grab your mates and a bratwurst or six and celebrate this traditional annual Bavarian event as it was intended – dressed in beer girls costumes or lederhosen, with plenty of food, music, and of course frothy steins of lager.

Welcome to the biggest Volksfest in the world where people far and wide get their ‘German’ on to celebrate the tradition of Oktoberfest! Which…let's be honest... You shouldn't do without some traditional looking Oktoberfest costumes! Or beer… or pretzels… or Sauerkraut… or  a handful of Weisswurst… but we’ll just stick to the fancy dress side of things!
