Heaven Costumes Shipping Information
At Heaven Costumes, we aim to get your order to you as fast and affordably as possible. We ship Australia wide from multiple warehouse locations to offer you the biggest range of costumes, accessories and party supplies.
Most items dispatch each business day if ordered before 12pm ACST. Your shipping cost & delivery timeframe will be shown during checkout before you pay.
Available shipping options will be shown and calculated at checkout based on the products in your cart.
The following options may be available:
- Standard - $12.99 and up to 4-6+ business days for delivery
- Express - $15.99 and 1-3 business days for delivery
- Toll Priority - $18.99 and next business day delivery to capital cities and major regional centres
- Same-Day Delivery - Calculated at checkout for 2 and 4 hour windows (Adelaide only)
- Click & Collect - FREE - ready same business day (Adelaide only)
Please note: Toll Priority is only available for items shipping from the Adelaide warehouse. All Toll Priority orders have an extended same business day dispatch up until 4pm Adelaide time.
Most items ship from our main warehouse in Adelaide while others may be sent directly from partner locations.
We dispatch from warehouses in:
- Adelaide
- Melbourne
- Sydney
- Brisbane
Want Items To Arrive Together?
If you'd prefer your items to arrive together and avoid extra shipping charges, you can:
- Use the "Ships Together From" filter and choose a single location
- Check the "Ships From" information on each product page
- View the "Shipping Information" tab on individual product pages
This will allow you to choose products that dispatch together.
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. If your order is sent in multiple parcels, you'll receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.
You can track your order via the Australia Post website or the Team Global Express (Toll) website
- Delivery timeframes are estimates only, based on fastest shipping locations within Australia
- Toll next business day delivery applies to capital cities and major regional centres, the rest of Australia takes 2 business days
- Some remote areas of Australia may incur an additional remote area surcharge through Toll, this will be displayed in checkout
- Toll is unable to deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers
- Remote areas of Australia may take longer to arrive
- Delivery excludes weekends
- Any delivery delays are outside the control of Heaven Costumes
- Additional shipping charges will apply for items shipped from multiple warehouses
- Additional shipping charges may apply for large and bulky items
- Only items in the Adelaide warehouse are eligible for click and collect
- Permission is automatically given to our couriers to leave your parcel in a safe location on your premises if you are not home
