Heaven Costumes has a main warehouse in Adelaide which most items ship from. We also stock items that ship only from our interstate partner warehouses. Delivery costs and times depend on which warehouse your item is shipped from. We've made it easy for you to find out shipping costs, times and how to find out where something ships from below. Shipping costs and times will also be displayed in checkout.
Book Week Shipping Times and Cut Off Dates for Delivery by Friday August 22nd:
- 'Delivery Only' labelled products - Order by 11:30am ACST Monday August 18th
- Express Post - Order by 4pm ACST Tuesday August 19th
- Toll Priority (TGE) - Order by 4pm ACST Wednesday August 20th

All products that do not ship from our main warehouse in South Australia will be labelled as Delivery Only.

Permission is automatically given to our couriers to leave your parcel in a safe place if you are not home. If the delivery driver feels it is not safe to leave your parcels unattended, they will take it to your local post office or Toll collection point for pickup. You can check to see if this is the case by using your tracking number which you would have received via email - then go to the Australia Post website or the Team Global Express (Toll) website where will be able to put in the number and see where your parcel is!

- Some remote areas of Australia may incur an additional remote area surcharge through Toll, this will be displayed in checkout
