Covid-19 Update - Delays to Postal Deliveries:

As per the information detailed on Australia Post's website - the new Covid-19 health and safety regulations have impacted the way postal delivery services in Australia operate. Social distancing within postal processing facilities means they are not always able to move items as quickly as they would like!

As postal services frequently rely on passenger flights for transport and many of these have been suspended or had their frequency reduced due to Covid-19, it is impacting their ability to deliver at the same speed as Pre-Covid. 

Australia Post are asking customers to allow plenty of time for deliveries and thank them for their patience during these new conditions.

If selecting Express Post for your orders, until further notice you acknowledge that next day delivery may not occur and that Heaven Costumes will not refund any postage charges or be held responsible for any delays.

Free Standard Shipping for Orders over $99*. Orders under $99 will have the option during checkout to select Standard Shipping $9.99, or Express Shipping $12.99 (Customers within Australia only) Customers who qualify for free standard shipping will have the option to upgrade to Express Shipping for the additional $12.99 charge.

To get your order fast, complete your order by:

1. Complete your order by 4pm (Adelaide  time) on any weekday (excluding public holidays) for same day postage. To complete your order:
   • Place the order by 4pm (Adelaide time)
   • Pay for it by Visa or Mastercard credit card, Paypal or Afterpay Interest Free Payments.
   • Select the Express Shipping option during checkout.

Standard delivery (flat rate $9.99 or free for orders $99+) will take 2-6 business days within Australia. Express delivery (flat rate $12.99) is next business day delivery to major Australian cities, 2-3 business days to major regional centres and approximately 3 business days to everywhere else (within Australia only).

Australian Capital Cities (except Perth and Darwin ): complete your order by 4pm Thursday for Friday Delivery
Australian Regional Centres (except WA and NT): Complete your order by 4pm Tuesday to ensure Friday Delivery, although delivery will usually only take 2 business days.
Remote areas and WA and NT country: Complete your order by 4pm Tuesday for Friday Delivery.

Now.... quite often customers are not home at the time of delivery and our friendly Australia Post workers may not want to leave your parcels unattended in case the neighbours cat drags it away, so...... if express post is your shipping method, go and grab the tracking number for your order, which you would have received via email from us - then head on over to the Australia Post tracking website where todays technology will tell you the exact location of your parcel! If your parcel was re-directed to your nearest Post Office, that information and even the name of the post office will be displayed so you can go and retrieve your parcel! Guess what? If you jump on the tracking website straight away, you can subscribe to be updated on the whereabouts of your parcel and receive automated information on it's status every step of the way!

Won’t be home when your parcel arrives? Don’t want your parcel left unattended? Can’t get to the Post Office before they close? Don’t have a work address to send to? Not in an overnight delivery network but hey! A Parcel Locker is! No problem!

You can now collect your parcels using Australia Post’s Parcel Lockers service, and the best part? It’s FREE!

In a nutshell – Have your order delivered to an Australia Post Parcel Locker – you choose which location is most convenient for you!

Australia Post will hold your parcel in your locker for 48 hours! Parcel lockers can be accessed 24/7 so you can collect your parcels at a time that suits you!

Your parcel will be delivered straight to your locker. You will be notified via email or SMS (depending on your preference) once your parcel is in your locker. Access your locker by using the unique, secure code issued to you by Australia Post…. And that’s it!

Parcel Lockers are a great way to keep your deliveries secure and safe for 48 hours, so you can collect them when it’s convenient for you without worrying about parcels being left unattended at your address, or having to get to a Post Office quickly to collect them!

*Please note - delivery times are as stipulated under the recommendations of Australia Posts guidelines. Thankfully it is an extremely rare occurrence however, any delays in deliveries experienced due to incidents affecting Australia Posts processing procedures are out of our control. Unfortunately we are not able to offer refunds on postage charges in relation to the above. If Australia Post's service does not deliver your parcel within their guaranteed time frame, and your order is no longer required, you may return items to us for a refund of the individual product costs, as per the conditions of our Returns Policy.

• Free standard delivery applies only to the initial purchase.
• If the order or part of an order is returned for a refund, and the balance of the order that is kept by you then adds up to less than $99, a $9.99 delivery fee will be deducted from the refund.
• Items sent in exchange for a returned item that was sent free of postage costs, will need to have the postage cost added. The rate is $9.99 to send your replacement item/s via standard delivery or $12.99 for express delivery. This will need to be paid before we post your item. Alternatively, you can include a self addressed prepaid Australia Post satchel for us to send your replacement in. You can also place a new order for the item you want to exchange for, and then send the returned item back to us for a refund, we will then deduct the second postage cost of $9.99 from the refund.

I didn't receive an Order Confirmation or Tracking Number

Our system is set up to automatically send out emails and tracking numbers. When placing your order through our website you would have been asked for your email address so this information can be sent to you.

If you didn't receive an Order Confirmation, or Shipping/Tracking Number information after placing your order - there's really only one reason why! YOU MADE A TYPO!!
