Orders under $130 will have the option during checkout to select Standard Shipping $11.99 or $13.49 + shipping insurance, or Express Shipping $15.99 or $17.49 + shipping insurance (Customers within Australia only) Customers who qualify for free standard shipping will have the option to upgrade to Express Shipping for the additional $15.99 or $17.49 charge.
Standard delivery will take up to 8 business days to be delivered within Australia - Delivery excluding weekends.

AUTHORITY TO LEAVE PARCELS
We automatically give permission to Australia Post and Toll to leave your parcel in a safe place if you are not home, however, if the delivery driver feels it is not safe to leave your parcels unattended, they will take it to your local post office or Toll collection point for pickup. You can check to see if this is the case by using your tracking number which you would have received via email from us - then go to the Australia Post website or MyToll website where will be able to put in the number and see where your parcel is!

FREE STANDARD DELIVERY TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Free standard delivery applies only to the initial purchase.
- If the order or part of an order is returned for a refund, and the balance of the order that is kept by you then adds up to less than $130, a $11.99 delivery fee will be deducted from the refund.
- Items sent in exchange for a returned item that was sent free of postage costs, will need to have the new postage cost added. The rate is $11.99 without insurance or $13.49 with insurance to send your replacement item/s via standard delivery, $15.99 without insurance or $17.49 with insurance for express delivery and $18.99 without insurance or $20.49 with insurance for Toll Priority. This will need to be paid before we post your item. Alternatively, you can include a self addressed prepaid Australia Post satchel for us to send your replacement in.
