The Womens teal blue asylum nurse's uniform costume dress is a truly iconic piece of clothing. Originally designed for nurses working in asylums, the uniform became a symbol of strength and authority for women. The teal blue color was specifically chosen for its calming effect, and it was believed that the color would help to soothe patients. When you wear this Womens costume dress, you are not just wearing a piece of clothing - you are wearing a piece of history.

Description:

Womens nurse uniform is made from teal blue non-stretch polyester fabric.
The dress has a double-breasted button up feature for easy and comfortable wear.
Nurse outfit has an attached classic style collar with a low sitting V-shaped neckline.
To either side of the waist are workable pockets.
Costume dress features white stitching on the bottom hemline and pockets that create contrast to the fabric as well as stitched runs on the back and front to give structure.
Included belt is made from felt backed teal blue fabric and has darker teal fabric ties to fasten at the back of the waistline.
Costume is complete with the included matching nurse's fabric hat with a red and white cross printed on the front.
