Heaven Costumes has a main warehouse in Adelaide which most items ship from. We also stock items that ship only from our interstate partner warehouses. Delivery costs and times depend on which warehouse your item is shipped from. We've made it easy for you to find out shipping costs, times and how to find out where something ships from below. Shipping costs and times will also be displayed in checkout.

How Can I Tell Where Something Ships From?
All products that do not ship from our main warehouse in South Australia will be labelled as Delivery Only.
- No Delivery Only Label - Ships from Adelaide, SA
- Delivery Only Label - Ships from Sydney NSW or Melbourne VIC
Authority To Leave on Parcels
Permission is automatically given to our couriers to leave your parcel in a safe place if you are not home. If the delivery driver feels it is not safe to leave your parcels unattended, they will take it to your local post office or Toll collection point for pickup. You can check to see if this is the case by using your tracking number which you would have received via email - then go to the Australia Post website or the Team Global Express (Toll) website where will be able to put in the number and see where your parcel is!

Shipping Terms and Conditions
- Toll next business day delivery applies to capital cities and major regional centres, the rest of Australia takes 2 business days but remote locations may take longer
- Some remote areas of Australia may incur an additional remote area surcharge through Toll, this will be displayed in checkout
- Remote areas of Australia may take longer to arrive via Express or Standard
- Toll is unable to deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers
- Delivery excludes weekends
- Any delivery delays are outside the control of Heaven Costumes
- Additional shipping charges will apply for items shipped from multiple warehouses
- Only items in the Adelaide warehouse are eligible for click and collect
