Skirt section has glittery black tulle layers on top.
Waist of dress is elasticated for size flexibility.
Batgirl mask is made from hard plastic covered in black glitter and has an elastic strap with a velcro fasten.
Included cape is made from black satin polyester with a yellow trim and a velcro fasten at the neck.
