Description:

Girls tutu skirt dress is made from black satin polyester with a yellow trim at the arms and neck.
Back of the bodice is made from a stretch polyester and features a velcro closure at the neck.
Front of bodice features a digitally printed yellow Batgirl emblem and a yellow belt.
Skirt section has glittery black tulle layers on top.
Waist of dress is elasticated for size flexibility.
Batgirl mask is made from hard plastic covered in black glitter and has an elastic strap with a velcro fasten.
Included cape is made from black satin polyester with a yellow trim and a velcro fasten at the neck.
Wrist cuffs are made from a soft foam covered in black satin fabric with foam spikes and velcro strips to open and close.
This is an officially licensed DC Comics costume.
