Costume Description:

Womens headband had is made of black felt with a black and white fabric bow, attached to a plastic headband.
Sexy bow tie is made of navy blue fabric and attached to a blue ribbon choker with a velcro tab at the back.
Mad Hatter dress is made of blue stretch fabric with foam chest cups, purple ribbon trim, and foam shoulder pads.
Black and white sleeves have an elastic cuff.
Skirt is layered with purple tulle.
Finally, the dress ties up at the back, and closes with a velcro tab at the back of the neck.
Fancy dress forearm warmers are made of blue and black checkered stretch fabric with black fabric cuffs.
Costume purple and black checkered knee high socks come with attached pale blue ribbons on the knees.
