Description:

Black sequined flapper dress is made with flexible stretchy fabric.
Dress features a blue V shaped panel down the front and a black lace overlay.
The flapper dress has adjustable shoulder straps with an attached row of fringing that sits off the shoulder.
The bottom section of the dress is in blue with a black lace overlay.
Two rows of black fringing decorate the hem line, the fringing allows for a slight amount of stretch when worn.
