Costume Description:

This lovely velvet black flapper dress is made from a semi stretch fabric with sheer black sleeves and Velcro backing closure.
To make you stand out from the rest, this flapper costume has a glitter peacock print on the front with teal colour fringing along the bottom.
Headband.... We can't forget the stunning headband! This costume includes a black velvet headband with a teal gem on the side and a peacock feather.
