Costume Description:

This Womens black flapper costume is made from stretch fabric and is a knee length dress with a silver trimmed V neckline.
To stand out on a night out this flapper costume has 3 rows of looped black fringing at the bottom with small silver fringing and silver sequin braid trim.
The great thing about this flapper costume is that it includes a stretchy flapper headband with black faux jewel and black feathers as well as a soft white faux fur shrug with black jewel on the front.
