Retro print stretch polyester mini dress in black, white, pink, purple and orange.
Dress has long sleeves, cut away shoulders and cross over bust which extends to a halterneck tie up.
Under bust has a black fabric panel with attached strips to tie up around the back.
The back of the waist has elastic for size flexibility.
Matching print slightly padded headband with elastic back and knotted tie.
