Description:

Sleeveless tank dress is made with black stretch polyester fabric with an elastic waistband and an attached pink and blue tulle tutu skirt with a black lace overlay.
Cropped neon pink fishnet top with elastic neckline to allow for movement off the shoulder.
Black knee-length leggings with elastic waistband to give sizing flexibility.
Costume includes a green fabric belt with embellished belt buckle and blue leopard print backing.
Belt can be tied around the waist.
