- Balloons have a matte assorted colour base and are made from natural rubber latex.

- Printed on the balloon in white are multiple number 1s with stars and swirls.
- Balloons are of helium quality and can be inflated with either air or helium.
- 1st birthday balloons measure 12” (30cm).
- Balloons are 100% biodegradable.
- Latex balloons are made of natural rubber meaning they are 100% bio-degradable and will break down over time
- Due to being made from natural rubber latex - anyone with latex allergies should not handle balloons directly
- Helium filled latex balloons may not float as long as foil balloons - as latex is a porous material, helium escapes latex quicker
- Using Hi-Float in latex balloons will extend float time
- Can be filled with air however best filled with helium if wanting to float
- This item ships from a Sydney warehouse via Standard Post or Express Post
