This 50s skirt has a black sequin waistband and is elasticated and designed to stretch for additional size flexibility which is pretty hip if you ask us.

This costume was the same
This costume was the same as the photo very happy but should of brought my size & not up sized. Black trim on the V neckline was not sewn on correctly & wasn't sitting properly & twisting in so i had to re sew it.
