Extremely slow postage and I paid the express shipping. Still haven't received

Hi Sonya, thank you for your feedback! I have just had a quick look into your order and can see that it was dispatched on the same day that you placed the order. Looking at their website, it unfortunately looks like New Zealand post is experiencing lengthy delays with processing any parcels into their country and this is what has held your parcel up. I would suggest grabbing your tracking number and lodging an enquiry with New Zealand post into the whereabouts of your parcel as they may have some more in depth information for their delay.
