Description:

• This large hanging scarecrow Halloween prop features lights and sounds and is touch sensitive.
• The scarecrow has a foam molded head layered with Hessian fabric and highlighted with scary clown style makeup and a red pom pom nose.
• There is a a felt top hat attached on top with navy blue, grey and white stripped mesh details and red/natural straw strands attached to the top for hair.
• Scarecrow eyes light up and flash blue for an added effect and when activated the prop speaks and plays circus style music.
• The scarecrow has long bendable wire arms padded with foam with the addition of red flashing lights.
• Halloween decoration is wearing a long jagged brown, orange and green robe with tattered netting details.
• A cream fabric jabot style collar is attached under the head with a straw bow tie.
• To activate the lights and sounds there is a concealed battery box at the back of the neck with a hanging button.
