I'm sorry to hear that there was a problem with your costume. Of course we endeavour to always provide our customers with the highest level of service and products. We are always very efficient in resolving any issues however, we naturally do need any issues to be brought to our attention in order to do so! If your costume was torn in multiple places upon arrival and prior to being worn, we would have been more than happy to communicate with you to find a suitable resolution, whether that would have been a replacement or a refund, depending on your needs. On rare issues such as this, we absolutely recommend letting us know as soon as you can so we can ensure your experience with us is a positive one, and that we can make sure you're happy with your costume. If by any chance your costume has not been worn and is still in its original intact packaging, you are more than welcome to email us photos of the fault so it can be assessed by our faults team and we can proceed from there.
