Description:

White costume tutu is made from mesh fabric.
The tutu features 3 layers of mesh accompanied by a single layer of white parachute fabric to add additional coverage to the skirt.
For sizing flexibility and comfort, the costume skirt has an elastic waistband.
Waistband is covered with a white satin fabric.
