Costume Description:

This costume is made from black semi stretch fabric with puff cuff white sleeves and a zip back closure.
This black Oktoberfest dress has a black panel down the front with criss-cross blue ribbon down the centre.
It features two flower patterns on either side of the chest and a white gathered section on the bust.
The dress flows down from the waist and has a removable blue tie up apron.
