Womens white stretch fabric dress with puff see-through white organza sleeves and a zip closure on the back.
Nurse dress has a retro style fold over collar, red edging on the puff sleeves and cute red polka dots all over.
Retro dress a middle panel of plain white fabric on the front, a band of red around the waist section and red ribbon edging around the bottom.
Long nurse dress also features an attached white nurse apron with red trim and a red and white nurse cross.
Costume is complete with a white headband with attached white nurse hat that features red polka dots and red and white nurse cross.
