Dress has a white cotton material bust with short sleeves and zip up feature on the back.
Sleeves are an off the shoulder style with stretch elastic for size flexibility.
A brown ribbon tie up halterneck features on the dress.

Unintended Puppet

I bought this costume obviously to be an Oktoberfest girl. I didn't think about footwear so I wore my uggs with this costume. My friend Victoria thought I was adorable especially with the uggs. She dressed as a witch. She immediately misinterpreted my costume and said that I made an adorable puppet. I tried to explain I wasn't a puppet but she insisted otherwise. She got some strings to tie onto my wrists and claimed I was her puppet. I had many compliments from other people on how cute I was but everyone seemed to want a turn pulling my strings. I was for sure a big hit at the party but Victoria was a little aggressive with pulling my strings. Great costume. Maybe others will have a better experience with it but I did have many compliments on how cute I was.
