  • The tutu skirt is a piece of elastic with various strips of black and orange fabrics tied to the elastic.
  • These strips of fabric include black and orange tulle, orange ribbon, and black and white polka dot ribbon.
  • Skirt measures approximately 22cm long and will fit a waist size up to 55cm.
