• This deluxe top hat is made with sturdy reinforced felted hat material.
• The outer body of the hat is covered with white flower lace.
• Around the entire peaked section of the top hat is a thick faux leather, to the left side is a lace up detail, laced with vinyl thread.
• The bottom of the hatband features black mesh organza fabric tied into a bow at the back of the hat.
• Slightly to the front left side of the hat sits a stunning cameo brooch with embellished detailing and faux diamond jewels.
• Hat is one size fits most and will fit a head circumference up to 58cm.
