Description:

Girls stretch black velvet dress made from 100% Polyester, with a Velcro tab closure on the back
The dress has long black velvet sleeves that flare out above the elbow with a jagged cut trim and an under layer of rainbow velvet
The bodice of the dress has a rainbow satin lace criss-cross feature that is not adjustable, black braid trim borders the middle panel
The waist is lined with purple satin ribbon on the front and has black ties on the back to tie up
The skirt is made up of three jagged cut layers, the top is black velvet, the middle is rainbow and the bottom is black velvet
The costume is complete with a pointed black velvet witch hat with green satin on the underneath of the hat
It has a wire brim, green sequins on the top of the hat and a purple band around the base with fake silver buckle
