Festival Leopard Print Vinyl Costume Hat

Description:

Biker costume hat is made from black vinyl fabric and features a small black vinyl visor at the front.
Front of hat band is covered with leopard print faux fur.
A silver cable link chain sits on the lower section of the hat band and is secured with silver buttons on either side.
Costume hat has a standard head circumference of 58cm.
