Description:

Fairy set comes with a blue crown headband with sequins, tulle and faux jewel embellishments.
Included wand has blue satin ribbon wrapped around the length of the stick with a glittery blue felt snowflake on top.
The wand has blue satin ribbons and white lace attached from the top that drapes down.
Complete the look with the included triple layered blue tulle costume tutu.
The tutu has a silver holographic stars and spots on the outer layer of tulle for a decorative effect.
Costume tutu has an elasticated waistband to accommodate sizing.
