Description:

  • White stretch polyester fabric top with a button fastening on the back
  • The shirt has long sleeves and a cross-over detail at the hem on the front
  • It features ruffles on the wrists of the sleeves and a ruffle on the neck with fake buttons
  • An attached black belt with fake gold buckle features on the shirt and embroidered 'Stand and Deliver!'
  • A pair of long black and purple non-stretch polyester fabric pants are included
  • They have an elastic waistband for size flexibility and black satin cuffs on the ankles
  • A black satin cape with collar is included, it has a velcro fasterner and 'The Highway Rat' iron on patch
  • Costume includes a soft black felt fabric tri-corn style hat with gold braid trim and fake felt fabric feather
  • The hat has an attached grey satin rat mask with teeth and whiskers and zorro style mask print
