Clown dress has ruffled sleeves and an attached pink and yellow double bow tie.
Ruffled tiered skirt in red, yellow blue and green.
Clown skirt has a stiffened underlayer to give the skirt some volume.
Green mini clown headpiece with blue pom pom and pink trim on a yellow headband is included.
