Description:

Girls stretch fabric dress with a black and white striped long sleeve undershirt and velcro closure on the back.
Witch dress has overall style straps with large white buttons and orange trim along the top and bottom of dress.
Toddler dress also features a soft mesh petticoat underneath with black and white polka dot trim along the bottom.
Halloween outfit includes a pair of black and white striped stretch fabric leggings with elastic waistband.
Costume is complete with a black padded foam witch hat with orange stitching and a black and white polka dot band around the base.
