Description:

Red, blue, green and yellow check pants with a built in hoop waist.
The pants have red shoulder straps attached to the front however, they are not attached at the back. Straps may need to be attached at the back by tieing up or with safety pins.
Large padded polyester matching clown hat with back flap.
Matching padded large bow tie with elastic strap.
