Description:

Womens long white and black Halloween costume dress with an off the shoulder neckline.
Tattered black polyester fabric is attached along the neckline with black foam padding to give it a stand up effect.
Clear plastic shoulder straps are attached to the bodice for additional support.
The dress has a white stretch polyester overlay with black non-stretch fabric for lining.
Front of the bodice has vertical black piping and slash marks across the middle.
Back of the bodice is plain white stretch polyester and there are waist ties attached to the side seams for additional size flexibility.
Long dress skirt has a white overskirt with an asymmetrical jagged hem at the front.
Drawstrings are stitched into the side front of the white skirt to give a custom ruched finishing touch.
For an added feature, deep red faux roses are attached to the waistline and lower skirt.
