Wish your friend or family member a huge Happy Birthday by gifting them this large round foil balloon! This birthday balloon can be filled with helium and given with a gift, or you could even use at as a party decoration for a birthday party!

Description:

• Large round foil balloon.
  
• One half of the balloon is blue with polka dots and says "Happy Birthday To You!” on it.
  
• The other half is white with various cupcakes printed all over.
  
• Balloon measures approximately 45cm is diameter.
  
• Fill with helium or air (helium is recommended).
  
• If filling with air, a straw will need to be used (not included).
  
• Balloon features a loophole at the bottom to attach string.
  

Foil Balloon Tips:

• Foil balloons are latex free–great to be used by anyone with latex allergies.
  
• Foil balloons last longer than latex balloons due to being a non-porous material. Helium cannot escape the balloon as easy as latex.
  
• Do not leave foil balloons in hot environments - can cause them to pop.
  
• Can be filled with air, however best filled with helium if wanting to float.
