Embrace the eerie atmosphere of the spooky season with this gorgeous mini top hat! This outstanding costume accessory is an absolute must for your Day of the Dead sugar skull ensemble or Halloween party look.

Description:

  • Mini top hat is made from lightweight plastic.
  • Hat is covered with black sugar skull print fabric.
  • The brim, hatband and peak are trimmed with red braiding, the outer brim also has red lace detailing.
  • White plastic skull with painted sugar detailing sits in the centre of an orange fabric flower, iridescent green and black feathers sit behind the flower.
  • Hat attaches to head with two alligator clips.
