• High chair wrap decoration is made from a mix of light and dark blue satin polyester.
  
• The pennant flag design alternates between dark and light blue shades with different elements printed on each.
  
• The central light blue flags feature the letters O, N and E attached on the front in metallic blue fabric, with dark blue satin trim detailing.
  
• Next to the letters are a dark blue pennant flag with a gold metallic star in the centre of each, both have slightly lighter blue trim.
  
• The end pennant flags are slightly lighter blue with gold star details and baby blue trim.
