Description:

• 1st birthday hat is made from thick sturdy cardboard.
  
• Attached to the outside of the hat is a gold metallic fabric.
  
• The outer hatband is lined with pastel rainbow fabric flowers in yellow, mint, blue, light and dark pink.
  
• A large, light pastel pink fabric flower is attached to the peak of the hat.
  
• Sitting centrally is a pink felt backed number 1 with satin purple middle and gold trim border.
  
• Hat is complete with a white ribbon chin strap that fastens with a velcro tab closure.
  
• Hat circumference is 34cm.
