• This steampunk top hat is made from a durable white velvet felt fabric with an upturned brim.
• Hat measures approximately 12cm tall with bronze metal clockwork and cog details glued to the sides.
• Tattered white lace and white mesh fabric is wrapped around the hat band with a layered bow attached at the back in a veil style.
• Removable silver plastic framed goggles are attached around the hat band with an adjustable black elastic strap.
