A Convincing Poppins

I liked it: the colour is bright, the length excellent (I'm 180cm) and it was warm - Book Week is always cold. I also think it can be repurposed into another unrelated character. Things I didn't like: couldn't work out the belt - theres no help on the package, and the Velcro closures were almost useless.
