Costume Description:

Womens black stretch velvet dress with a zip closure on the back, dress is 100% polyester
Dress has small gold sparkles throughout the velvet fabric and has thick over the shoulder straps with additional off the shoulder straps that have gold sequin and black fringing
The front of the dress has a V neckline with gold embroidered art deco along the neckline
The bottom of the dress has the same gold embroidered art deco and long black fringing
The costume is complete with a stretch gold sequin headband with large black ostrich feather
