Includes:

Hooded raincoat with removable arm.
Boot tops.
Red balloon.

Description:

Men's yellow hooded raincoat made from stretch polyester fabric features one long sleeve and blood splatter effect screen printed onto the fabric with faux pocket details.
Georgie raincoat has a Velcro tab opening and Velcro fastens at the top of the sleeveless arm hole to attach the plush arm.
IT costume arm is filled with stuffing and has Velcro tabs to attach to the sleeve with a fabric insert that sits within the raincoat.
Costume includes dark green boot covers that sit over the wearers shoes and a red balloon to inflate to complete the look.

Please note: Balloon will require being inflated with helium to float.
