Description:

Girls stretchy black slip on pirate dress has short sleeves with elastic arm band to create a ruffled cuff.
Dress bodice has a round neckline with elastic to create a ruffle effect.
The bodice has a panel of black and grey stretch fabric for the midsection adorned with floral motif.
Double black waist ties are attached to the side seams and can be used for a front sash and back tie.
This pirate costume has a black and red striped skirt with a jagged hemline.
To complete the look, the included black stretch polyester head scarf can be worn like a bandana.
