Description:

Girl's slip on witch dress has a black and gold glitter swirl organza puff sleeves with off the shoulder style sleeves layered on top.
Dress bodice has a square Queen Anne style neckline with ruffled black and gold glitter organza trim.
Front of the bodice has black stretch velvet sides with a black centre panel layered with black organza that has gold glitter stars and swirls details.
Centre panel has metallic gold trim along the edges and there is a black velvet band on the lower waist with a large gold plastic star buckle.
The Halloween costume waistband is elasticated at the back to create a fitted look.
Dress has a black non-stretch polyester skirt layered with a metallic gold netted fabric skirt which in turn is layered with black tulle skirt that has an over-locked gold hem.
To give the skirt additional shape there is a stiffened black fabric petticoat attached underneath.
Finish your witch outfit with the included black velvet mini witch hat on a clear plastic headband.
The mini costume hat has a sparkly gold hat band and gold glitter stars attached to plastic stems.
